Omega Greenpower Limited is a Cairns based compnay, specialing in remote area power through the use of small wind turbines, solar power and LPG fuelled generators. We are the only Australian company authorised by the AGA (Australian Gas Authority) to distribute non carbon monoxide emitting LPG generators in Australia. Our small wind turbines (up to 8 kw) are silent, efficient and affordable. They are French designed and carry a world wide patent. We have distribution rights throughout Australia, PNG and New Zealand. When coupled with a small solar panel and an LED bank, they make grid or generator power. The Directors of Omega Greenpower have operated in Cairns for over 30 years and our Chairman is a former mayor of Cairns City and now lives in Port Moresby.
