Polio Outbreak in PNG

The Australian Department of Health is seeking to raise awareness of the outbreak of polio that is currently occurring in Papua New Guinea (PNG), and of the need for anyone travelling to PNG to ensure that their vaccinations are up-to-date, including having a booster, before they go.  This relates in particular to people who travel regularly between Australia and PNG.  For further information on health and other travel data visit:   https://smartraveller.gov.au/Countries/pacific/Pages/papua_new_guinea.aspx
